Youth Yoga 

Yoga for the youth is a playful and spirited practice encouraging students to use their imagination to explore their true-self without judgment or expectations. Exposing our children to yoga will allow them to connect to the mind, body, & spirit in a safe and welcoming environment. Building confidence and love for themselves as well as strength, flexibility, & balance.
