Mat to Life Sacred Circle

Join us for an evening of sisterhood as we connect, move our bodies and enjoy the magic of acceptance. This will be a structured time to share in conversation as you feel called, partner work to practice holding space for one another and guided imagery work to listen and create through your soul.
In circle, you are invited to come as you are, unmasked and available to hold space for another. You are given permission to leave the impulses that we have to rescue each other at the door and instead bring an open mind that has space for the belief that by celebrating another you gain more than you lose and that often allowing a women to experience her own journey as you look on with compassion is the bravest thing you can do.
The doors will be open at 645 with circle starting at 7pm.
Intro to Aerial Yoga Workshops
Select Saturdays 1230-230 (specific dates above)
This 2 hour workshop will provide you with a beginner level class where we explore the use of an aerial arts quality fabric to assist in traditional Yoga Poses. The benefits of using this prop include but are not limited to elongation of the spine, abdominal strengthening without low back strain and new depth in releasing poses and inversions. Suitable for all levels including beginners to the practice. Here is your opportunity to nourish and strengthen your body, mind and heart while trying something new. Following this workshop you will be able to join any of the drop in classes offered here at the studio.
Yoga for Anxiety
March 10th 6-8pm
Our busy lives have us moving at a relentless pace, which often leads to feelings of anxiety and stress. Many people are faced with intense feelings of anxiety on a regular basis and this can be difficult for both them and the people they love most. This workshop is designed to create an embodied experience of relaxation and grounding by getting in touch with the breath and the body to help draw the practitioner into the present moment. Sara creates a safe and supportive environment to explore the postures and develop a practice that us right for the individual. This workshop is great for those with an anxiety disorders, high levels of stress, and their support systems.
