Prenatal Yoga

Suitable for all levels. Through yoga postures, guided relaxation & breath work we will connect to our beautifully changing body and unborn baby, celebrating and nourishing your body and the life within. This practice we will aid in alleviating any discomfort you may be experiencing, along with preparing the body and the mind for the birth of your child. Expecting mothers are powerful beings and we are honoured to be part of your journey!

Mom and Baby Yoga 

Suitable for all level. Mom & Baby yoga allows the opportunity to regain strength & bond with your baby in a relaxed playful environment. The practice will include a gentle vinyasa, focusing on building strength through the abdominal, pelvic floor, & lower back. We will also practice and move through restorative postures, relieving the neck, shoulders and back. You are welcome to bring a carrier, blankets, or any other items to allow you & baby to feel comfortable. Carla from Barefoot books is available to read your older children books and participate in active learning while you practice (no additional charge).
