Mom and Baby Yoga
Suitable for all levels. Through yoga postures, guided relaxation & breath work we will connect to our beautifully changing body and newborn to walking baby. Through this practice we will strengthen, align and balance the body while providing stress relieving techniques for peace of mind while caring for your precious baby.
