A registered 200 Hour Yoga Alliance Teacher with ongoing training in Chair Yoga.  

My journey with this sacred practice started many years ago as a personal practice and has developed into something that I want to guide and share with others.  I have personally seen the benefits of a regular Yoga practice on and off of my mat, both physically and mentally. 

Throughout my training I have gained a true passion for Chair Yoga, I believe that Yoga is for everyBODY! And after learning the benefits that gentle movement and focused breathwork can have, I was guided to further my studies in this area.

My teaching style (though still in it’s early stages) is that of compassion and kindness for yourself, knowing that you are enough.
