Registered Massage Therapist Registered Dental Assistant
I graduated in June 2014 from MacEwan University’s 2200-hour massage therapy program in Edmonton. Upon graduating, I worked in a chiropractic clinic where I gained experience with people suffering from ailments such as sprains, strains and injuries from motor vehicle accidents. In June 2015, I moved to Warman and have truly enjoyed working as a full-time massage therapist within the community.
I am trained in the dental field and have been a registered dental assistant since 2009. I am all too familiar with the unpleasantness of jaw pain. I currently work part-time in the dental field.
I am passionate about pelvic health. I have learned that we do not have to go through our entire life feeling shame, chronic pain, and fatigue. There is a dis-connect between our body and mind and I believe if we listen closely to what our body needs, and nourish it, we can reconnect and become balanced.
In 2014, I began my journey with Maya Abdominal Massage. The Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy® are founded on the ancient Mayan techniques of abdominal massage which is an external non-invasive manipulation that repositions internal organs that have shifted, thereby restricting the flow of blood, lymph, nerve and chi.
