In 2015 Brittney took 95 hr Vinyasa Yoga for Youth in Vancouver through One Yoga. Brittney fell in love with the way yoga helped her mentally, emotionally & physically. She has been practicing yoga ever since. In 2016 she took 200 hr yoga training at Sanctuary in the City through Karma Teachers.
Brittney believes there is so much to learn about life, herself, love, letting go, the universe & much more through yoga. She utilizes yoga as a work out, but also as a work in.
